For this week I chose to do tilts. Tilts are an important thing to know how to do for dance. The video I picked is a good resource because it not only shows you the correct way to do a tilt, but also stretches to do also. The how to link is also good because it shows you what partner stretches to do. I didn't have any difficulties in finding good info on tilts. There are many different resources on tilts, I chose the ones I would use and that I liked best.
